This large breed (sometimes weighing up to 150 pounds) has deeply set wrinkles on the face and loose skin all over the body. These natural protectors might need a wipe of the mouth from time to time since they’re also known for their drooling.
Bulldogs are known for their wrinkled faces and distinctive waddle. They also tend to be comical, affectionate and great with kids and other pets- what a catch!
With those big adorable bat ears and little wrinkles, its’ easy to recognize a French Bulldog. These pups make a great match for city dwellers because of their minimal exercise requirements and compact size.
Keep in mind that any dog with a wrinkled face requires some additional grooming. Gently cleanse your dog’s face with a mild dog shampoo weekly to avoid irritation and keep your pup smelling fresh. To learn more about these dogs breeds, visit VetDepot’s dog breed guide.
