Boots & Barkley Bully Sticks Recalled Due to Salmonella Contamination

Kassel Associated Industries has recalled their Boots & Barkley American Beef Bully Sticks due to Salmonella contamination. The recalled Boots & Barkley bully sticks were distributed to Target stores nationwide from April to September of 2012.

To date, there have been no illnesses reported associated with this recall, but humans and animals that come into contact with this product are at risk. Symptoms of Salmonella poisoning include diarrhea, vomiting, decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain.

Consumers who have purchased 6 count packages of the recalled Boots & Barkley American Bully Sticks can receive a full refund if returned to the place of purchase.
